Dedicated local loan officer from south Florida and New York City. Both of my parents were born in the Dominican Republic so I have a passion for helping and educating low to moderate income families. I have been in the mortgage industry for over 10 years, specializing in building relationships with my clients and catering to their needs. I work alongside many first time home buyers, and I focus on educating the customers and consumers to get them approved for a mortgage. You are not just another number to me, and I will do my best to prepare you to qualify for a mortgage in the future. No loan is too small or too big, I will find a way to make things work for my client. We have several programs for all types of borrowers, low credit score, low down payment, self employed borrowers. Communication is key throughout the process of applying for a mortgage, no matter the time or the day I am available for my clients.
